I have switched lots of players to lefty, and it has worked out better for all of them. Several times I have met guys and watched them hit a few balls and asked them why are playing right handed. i play righty and putt lefty. i am a natural lefty golfer, but when i started playing i took my brothers clubs, which were righty's so i had to learn to hit it that way. i can still shoot around 85 lefty, but i only have a few lefty clubs. however, i play to a .1 righty so i'm sticking to righty and only putting lefty.

Anyway, I thought I could do the same as a lefty but that wasn't the case. The best I could get to was a 20 handicap over a six month period.

I'm going to give it a few hours on the range in the next few days. I don't expect to be able to play immediately, but after 2 hours if I can't make contact that might be a sign. I expect to be able to get a wedge or 9i airborne 50% of the time without feeling like I have a neurological disorder.
