A customer of mine has given me his long putter to work on which includes installing a new shaft and putter grip. I'm good with the shaft but the grip is about twice as long as a normal grip, any tips for putting this monster on?

If it is the one piece grip, you are in luck as they are just a little more cumbersome than the normal sized ones. Measure your tape to about an inch or so short of the full length of the grip.
