PUTTING THE MYTH TO THE TEST!

A few weeks ago I ran across a product on the web called NoSlice. I had heard similar slogans and claims before…ones like, “Try our product and eliminate your slice & hook!” or “Our product is revolutionary!”. So why I decided to post anything about it in the MGS forum is just as much of a mystery to me today as it was a few weeks ago.

WHICH PRODUCTS WERE TESTED

When it came to choosing which substances we would select for our {MYGOLFSPY LABS! – Performance Enhancing Lube “MYTH”} testing we went with the ones that tended to be most popular regarding the myth. The ones most often spoke about when referring to using substances on the face of their drivers to correct a hook or a slice were:

TESTING NOTES

While I know most people are interested in where the ball lands, I think it should be emphasized that the measure of these products’ effectiveness is really in the spin numbers.

TESTING RESULTS

Surprisingly…all of the products showed an ability to both reduce back spin and side spin and also improve accuracy, but NoSlice was the most effective….and most user-friendly. As you can see NoSlice won every category.

What Is A Golf Slice?

A slice in golf is when the ball curves excessively to the right (right handed golfer) or to the left (left handed golfer).

What Causes A Slice?

In simple terms, the ball will slice if the clubface is open to the club’s path at impact.

Honestly, I know it’s the most exciting tip in the world, but the first thing you should check is your grip.

Very illegal. As I understand, if you shave too much, you can break the clubhead. I considered wasting my money on it for fun of it but decided not to.

Saw an add on Ebay to " shave the face thickness on drivers to create more trampoline effect and distance." Wouldn't that make the club illegal?
