Ogio used to have a rubber cart strap on the back of the bag. It was long enough to loop through the back cart frame/basket to keep the bsg upright (and secure for when the cart strap comes loose). You can see if you can rig one yourself.

I have a Sun Mountain C-130. it will shift when I get lazy and don't loop the cart straps like the bag was designed. If i put them through all 3 bag loops it doesn't move. I also have a clic gear 3.5+ and the pockets don't drag. I like the bag. i have had it a few years now. my old carry bag just didn't fit everything.
