Slide the small floor jack under the chassis of the golf cart on the side. Raise the golf cart. Remove the lug nuts using the proper socket size. Pull the wheel off of the lug studs. Use the valve stem tool (as per package instructions) to remove the valve from the tire stem. Lay the wheel down on pavement and push the tire down as close to the rim as you can get.
