When my Sync is in my push cart, I put Driver, 3W, 3H down the left column and then fill up the slots the same way moving right. Top to bottom in a single column before moving to the next column on the right. I won't run into issues removing my wedges this way.

I have the shortest clubs on the left side of the bag and go up from there. Wedges at the bottom row, woods at the top. I have no issues with my 3.5+ cart and Titleist light weight cart bag.
