Putting them in hot water and letting them dry is all I can imagine, but it might damage the gloves as well. Consider selling them on ebay for $5-10 each and buying different gloves

Its going to be tough with the additional materials in the glove, the leather will shrink but the fit will be off because the lycra will effectively be large. if it was the regular players glove it would be a snap because that glove is all leather.
