The V grip remover works great and is easy to do. The solvent in the grip end with compressed air works great if the grips are installed over painter's or masking tape. It is not as easy with double-sided grip tape and it is easier to "balloon" a grip that way. Once a grip is "ballooned", it never feels right again.
