I was thinking the same thing. More than likely going to contact them this week. The part that has me conflicted is the scratch is deep enough that Scratch X helped a ton, but did not make it disappear.

I used 400 sand paper on my Covert Tour 2.0 and it cleaned it up perfectly. I'm talking range ball sand scuffs tho, nothing major.

Lots of options to get rid of that, just water and elbow grease will also do the trick. Any of the methods already posted should also work.

I had a sharpie mark on the white crown of my M1 last year (from a, uh, less than perfect strike).....magic eraser took it right off and didn't hurt the finish

Any cleaner will do. Tire and wheel cleaner is what I use on my clubs and grips. But Windex will work, acetone, alcohol. Any of those will remove it without damaging the black pvd finish. Magic Eraser is a little abrasive and could lighten it
