Yes it can be repaired. I'd consider it overkill to go through w/ it but they're your clubs. I had a buddy that did the same exact as you w/ his Callaway X Proto 6i. He sent it into Von's Golf here in Seattle. They ended up essentially sanding it down and flattening it.

I had this on my 3 iron after hitting a stone i hadn't seen. I got a small ball hammer and shaped it back. Looks fine now
