The case splits in engine compartment ...The right side of the case is what you need to remove..You have to remove bypass valve and aux valve there is one screw inside of vehicle lower left passenger footwell and 2 screws upper right of evap case and alot of small screws around perimiter that have to come out..

Yes I know how to replace the evaporator core. It involves getting into the passenger side dash because it is pretty much where the heater core is for the heating system
