Can you play Topgolf in the rain?
Unless it’s an extreme weather event, nothing can stop a good time at Topgolf, not even rain or snow. Our venues are all-weather facilities with covered hitting bays that are fitted with fans for the summer and heaters for the winter.
How do I book a Topgolf same day event?
Contact a Topgolf event planner to check possible same day options. The Fine Print: $5 Lifetime Membership fee is waived for all new players in party (up to 12 players ). Must be 18+ years of age to book. Includes two hours of game play in two adjoining bays, starting at the selected time.
Do we serve food and drinks at Topgolf?

Can I reserve two bays at Topgolf?
We sure do! You can reserve a bay (for 1-6 people) or book multiple bays (for 7+ people) ahead of time at any of our U.S. venues.
Do you get the reservation fee back at Topgolf?
The reservation fee is basically for cutting in line so you don't have to wait which is ridiculous!! it's one thing if you don't show up then yes you don't get your fee back but their acting like we all have $$$$ just to throw away.
How long do you normally stay at Topgolf?
If six people are playing, it typically takes 1-1.5 hours to play a full game – we recommend starting with one or two hours and then you can easily add time right there in your bay if you'd like to extend (and if you're playing with friends – it's easy to split the cost of the additional time between players).
How does Reserving a bay at Topgolf work?
Gather your crew of up to six players and reserve a single bay up to 2 weeks in advance! You'll be added to the top of the waitlist at your selected date and time. Guests will choose the length of game play once in-venue.
What happens if you are late to Topgolf?
Topgolf will hold your bay reservation for 15 minutes past the contracted reservation time. Should no guests arrive within this time without prior notification, Topgolf reserves the right to release the bays. Bay rental and Event space time will not be extended if Event guests arrive late.
What happens if you steal a Topgolf ball?
A ball that has come to rest is not penalized, but the ball must be replaced if it has been moved by an outside agent. It's important to note that the ball is in the proper spot, not a drop. As long as the ball comes to a complete stop and you have not addressed the ball, you are free to move it back.

Do you get unlimited balls at Topgolf?

TopGolf is a high end driving range during the day and a sporting club at night. Cheaper in the day, more real golfers and families, easier to see where the balls go.
What should I wear to TopGolf?
Unlike a country club, Top Golf does not have a dress code, and there is no need to wear golf attire. So you can leave your golf shoes and full golf-getup at home. The venue is pretty casual, meaning it is not uncommon to see visitors wearing everything from shorts and tees, to jeans and sneakers.
Does Topgolf charge per game?
There are two fees to play at Topgolf. First, to play at a Topgolf, you have to become a member of Topgolf. If you've never been to one and become a member, the Topgolf membership fee is just $5. You pay it once, and that's it.
How much does it cost to play Topgolf?
The prices go up throughout the day. From 9 a.m. to noon, it cost $27 per hour per bay. From noon to 5 p.m., it costs $37 and from 5 p.m. to close, the rental fee is $47 an hour. On Tuesdays-only from 9 a.m. to noon, it costs $13.50 per hour per bay; from noon to 5 p.m. $18.50 and from 5 p.m. to close $23.50.

What do you wear to Topgolf?
Is There a Dress Code at TopGolf? There is not a dress code to hang out at Topgolf, and will not be like playing golf at a normal course. Depending on the time of year, you will see lots of shorts and tee shirts, along with comfortable clothing that will allow you to swing a golf club.

I have a group of friends that go to TG once a week. Because we go so often we signed up for Platinum Elite membership. The upgraded Callaway clubs are really nice.
How do closing times work?
Hi guys! I was planning to go to Topgolf with my coworkers, however due to our shifts we'll end up arriving a bit late around 9pm. My Topgolf is listed as closing at 11pm. What I'm wondering is if that's a strict, "everyone has to leave" time or just a soft close where people aren't allowed in anymore.

Our Lifetime membership is $5 plus tax, and it allows you to play at any Topgolf venue in the United States. When you get to the bay, just type in your phone number/email (or swipe your Membership Card at select venues) at the game panel and our technology will track your score by name and store them in the Topgolf App . How far in advance can you reserve 1 bay?
Reserve 1 Bay (for 1-6 players): Up to 7 days in advance*. Time slots become available at 6 a.m. local time 7 days out, so don't be alarmed if you check at midnight and don't see any availability yet! Set that alarm if you're anxious and be the first to snag a bay.
Does Topgolf charge for gift cards?
No. There are no fees associated with Topgolf Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card and shipping. eGift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping charges.
