What are the rules for playing at Topgolf?
Players must stay behind the yellow line at all times. Please take extra care when playing from upstairs bays. Any Guest under 16, or under 18 after 9pm, must always be supervised by a Guest over 21. Topgolf is a smoke-free environment.

Can I bring my own clubs? If you're more comfortable playing with your own clubs, we have designated areas within our bays to store them. We will also store your clubs in our club room if we happen to be on a wait so that you can enjoy our venue without lugging them around.

Can You Cancel a Reservation at Topgolf? Yes. You can cancel a Topgolf reservation by calling the facility where the reservation was booked. If you made a deposit for your reservation, the facility would more than likely refund your money.
How long do Topgolf memberships last?
The cost for a Platinum Club Hero Membership is $80 per month, $335 for six (6) months, or $575 for twelve (12) months. All pre-paid fees are non-refundable. Each Subscription Membership purchased is good for one (1) Topgolf bay for up to six (6) players, at any one (1) Topgolf venue, at any one (1) time.
Is Topgolf unlimited balls?

You cannot cancel or downgrade your membership online. Please contact us at 866-867-4653 and select the menu option for the Topgolf facility nearest you. Select the site where your membership was purchased and then choose the option for memberships.
Horrible
Absolutely horrible, I'll never work there ever again in my life. The management is god awful, no room for growth will always be denied raises regardless of performance and how long you have been there (I worked there for 1.5 years, never received any sort of pay increase, was stuck at $11.10 an hour)
It's fun
Totally fun! You get to help guests in every way possible. From helping them play golf to ordering food and drinks. The admin team is there all day and night to help support you.
There weren't enough hours
There weren't enough hours for the fulltime employees to make a living. After the initial opening, there was a lack of customers and the managers started cutting our hours.

Fun productive workplace
A typical day at work on the weekdays are easy paced and relaxed. Weekend are fast going and quick. Management I helpful and very outgoing. The workplace culture is very outgoing and everyone is willing to help each other while still trying to please the guests.
Begging for hours
Literally the way it sounds. If the venue is not at least 80 percent capacity with guests then you're in severe risk of being cut from your shift. Overtime pay is extremely frowned upon and management will send you home if you're potentially going to hit past the 40 hr/week mark or they will write you up (ridiculous I know).

there was a lot of associates that worked there and it kind of turned into a high school click like work environment.i loved parts of my job a lot more than others. at the one i worked at particularly its really hard to move up.

The line of a putt is an imaginary line going from your golf ball to the hole on the putting surface (green). It is proper golf etiquette to walk around other golfer’s putting lines as not to disrupt their roll.

If you drab the driver and are hitting it too far, go down to a hybrid club or even a 5 or 7 iron. Aim directly in between the yellows. You will probably mishit it severely, but you might end up hitting it into red or yellow, or green if you are lucky.

If you keep missing right or left consistently, simply aim the other way with your feet, body, and club to adjust, and swing the same as before. You are not trying to build a better golf swing, you are trying to win this game. If someone is trying to tell you how you should fix your swing, don’t listen.

(But it’ll cost you, too — up to $50.) If you’ve got a lot of people, Topgolf will set aside a space to accommodate your group.
2. Groove Your Swing
As long as you enjoy swatting golf balls, you might as well learn to do it better. Every Topgolf has onsite instructors, offering everything from individual lessons to group classes and junior clinics. There are even packages that combine coaching and gaming in one price.
3. Bring Your Own Sticks
Golf clubs are provided (including clubs for left-handers and junior), but you’re not required to use them. Entering a Topgolf with your own set of sticks slung over your shoulders is like dropping by a pool hall with your own cue or bringing your own darts to a bar: a sure sign that you’re a playah with your game face on.
4. Share a Bay
Golf is a social. So is Topgolf, all the more so when you join up with unfamiliar faces. On Friday and Saturday nights, starting at 7 p.m., your group of four or fewer can share a bay with another group. It costs $20 per person for two hours. You’ll be strangers at the outset but not for long.
5. Get a Student Deal
Not any college student can play college golf. But any college student can play college Topgolf. It’s best on Wednesdays, from 7-11 p.m., when a $15 cover gets you unlimited gameplay; $2 off all appetizers and drink specials; and a bay for you and your friends.
6. Download the Topgolf App
The app is a snap. You can book a reservation, track venue leaderboards and check out upcoming events and offers. You can also pick the programming on the TV in your bay and stream sound from what you’re watching directly to your phone.
7. The Whole Day is Half Price
