If i taps my fingers I use some tape that I got for bowling. It comes on a roll, it's like athletic tape, but it's stretchy you should check it out. Do a search on amazon for bowling tape, look for the uncut rolls. It works really well for Golf too.

I've noticed some of the pros with taped fingers. Cameron Champ has tape in multiple places on one finger today. What is is for? Blisters, maybe to put pressure on tendons for tendinitis? Just curious. Never seen a weekend golfer do this.
