Basically on ALL Ezgo golf carts from 1980 and up will have a 4 digit manufacture date code and a 6 digit serial number. You will want the date code or short string of numbers sometimes even starting with letters – the last two digits in this string will tell you what year Ezgo golf cart you own.

The last two numbers of the EZGO manufacturer's code, are the model year (cart's age) for all EZ-GO's manufactured from 1979 & up. For Example: If the last two numbers of your EZ-GO manufacturer's code are “93”, you own a 1993 EZGO Marathon.
