At the risk of hijacking this thread, I'm not sure if my driver is broken either. I have a TM Burner Superfast 2.0 driver. Recently I've been hearing something small rattling around in the club head, it sounds almost like a really small pebble. It goes away for a bit, then inevitably comes back.

Having the same issue and found a crack on the toe. Naturally couldn't be the heel. But plenty of life left in the middle of the face no difference in my numbers unless I get toey.

Use hot water. It will make the air expand in the head and if it is crack the air will bubble out. No crack. No bubbles. Time for anew head anyway. That’s got to be at least 3-4 generations ago.
