Lots of fun decorations for a golf, Caddyshack, or Happy Gilmore theme party plus food and drink ideas!

My husband has been an avid golfer since childhood and it’s how he spends most of his free time, both playing and watching. (I’ll give him props here and tell you he is also very good!) So I have come to accept that golf is just an integral part of our lives.

The decorations

I set the stage for what was inside with a couple of Caddyshack signs on the front door where the group entered.

The food

We had a mobile hamburger grill caterer come and set up in the backyard to serve burgers, potato salad, and baked beans for dinner. Inside we had an appetizer spread ready for the hungry golfers and their wives as they hung out and visited.

The drinks

We made a couple of big batch signature drinks. The pink cocktail is grapefruit and vodka with a splash of pomegranate juice. The other is a spiked Arnold Palmer.
