For all of the non-DLC achievements in Golf, you can play against Rookie AI opponents. On this difficulty, the wind conditions are always set to 'Calm', so you do not have to worry about compensating for these conditions.

You don’t have to take any risks, just reach the green in regulation and sink a few birdies. The only real stipulation is that it must be a full nine holes.

You’ll need a medium length shot about 10-20 yards from the pin. Then, ideally you’ll have an easy putting surface with a straight shot. If not, adjust your strategy accordingly.

First you will have to beat a pro rival to unlock the Champion difficulty. Start up the champion course and go quickly an efficiently; there is only room to miss two or three flags maximum, depending on how fast your speed is. Remember to keep your knees bent and lean from side to side, do not start shuffling your whole body from side to side. To hit a power hit, keep one foot forward prior to the pitch, and swing hard in the direction of the indicator. Use your pinch hitter as well, as they are your guaranteed power hitter.
