LET Function

LET allows you to define names within a function. For example, =LET (x,1,y,2,x+y) returns 3. This allow you to define longer expressions with one character and reuse them within a formula. For example, LET (q,ROW (1:19),if (q>10,19-q,q)) lists the numbers from 1 to 10 and then back down to 1.

ISBLANK () Shorthand

Instead of using =ISBLANK (A1), use =A1=0 to determine if a cell (i.e. A1) is empty.

Feedback

Hello all, I am going to try to explain what I've tried to implement in my own game here. I am curious to others thoughts on how I go about the game of distance control.

Feedback

I think I understand it but can’t help but feel like it is over complicating something.

Feedback

I don't know how much this system can contribute to lower scores unless a player has Tour distance and flight control. it's as if a lot of work has been taken on something that is not so prioritary for club golf.

Set yourself up with 6 Columns titled as such: "Round, Course, Score, Rating, Slope, Differential". Rounds count 1 to 20, the rest you can figure out yourself how to fill in. Rounds over 21 replace 1, etc. I keep my last score entered highlighted so that I don't lose track. You also have to have ESQ done when you enter the score.

Feedback

I often play 9 holes after work...anyway to incorporate those rounds into this?
