I worked at kentwool for years and I always felt like, I was in school, the supervisor always watched you, if you did not do the job whether it’s the right way, it was not the way the way they wanted you to do it.

Great schedule and the job is not hard at all. Good people work there and good growth opportunities. People are friendly and most have worked for the company for a long time. Good job security.

This is great company to work. People are very caring and supportive. Management is also great very helpful and motivative. I enjoyed working there. loved the work culture.

Great products and exciting events . Great building rapport with customers and consumers . Good discounts . Sometimes corporate can get a bit political but it's possible to move up by impressing the right people .

They tried to start retail outlets and failed miserably because they put a buyer in charge. She shouldn't have even been a shift manager at a Circle K

All companies have their flaws. Overall this is a good company to work for. Great benefits , share holdings, and 401k. 12 hour shifts, 4 days one week and 3 days the next.
Poor Management
TaylorMade provides great benefits and works to continuously improve the physical work environment. The problem is the politics within the administrative offices and the lack of ability to advance.
Great work environment
Great sales experience. Company went through a buy-out during my 5 year tenure. The only draw back was during the buy-out sales persons making above average salary were replaced with new sales persons to reduce cost.
