Location

Went to pirateland family caming resort this passed weekend. To get some rest. Could not sleep because the people next to us Christmas lights stayed on all night long and it had a ball with different colors that changed all night. The people who lived there were not even home they were out of town. So the neighbor turned the lights on every night.

Campgrounds near Myrtle Beach, SC

Off season very pleasant, On season...if you like crowds of people and kids all day and night long, well our stay was very pleasant. Really, it is a well maintain family style camp group, just as they advertise. We stayed right on the beach after Labor Day. We are booked for next year but a week later, same place on the beach.

Featured Campgrounds

Great place right on the ocean. We camped at Pirateland Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Popular Cities for RV Camping in South Carolina

We come to Pirateland several times a year and love it. The concrete sites with the shelters, and the size of the sites for the most part are much larger than Ocean Lakes and Lakewood. Ocean Lakes and Lakewood may have a little more for kids, but the sites and road network is much tighter. We camped at Pirateland Family Campground in a Motorhome.
