As long as the wind chill doesn’t dip into the 30s, I’m game to play through the winter. Throw on the proper clothing (and make sure you walk, not ride) and it’s no issue for me. I’m not willing to stow away the clubs for months at a time, so I’ll put up with harsh conditions if it means getting some hacks in.

BE CAREFUL. I booked a two bay event and then tried to cancel a week in advance due to covid exposure. I was told "sorry, not sorry" on my deposit even though the website says if you cancel within 24 hours you'll receive a full refund.
Awful customer service!!!!!
We queued to get in for 1 hour 15 minutes to only then be told it will be another 2 hours 10 minute wait. We eventually found a table to sit down at to have food & drinks while we waited but then nobody came to serve us for 35 minutes after asking to be served twice. Extremely disappointed in our experience here and will not be returning.
No customer service skills
Teenager as duty manager who has no customer service skills 😡 45 min wait for food to later be told 90 mins and then excuses ridiculous. If under staffed then don’t take the business and only let in as many people as you can manage… but worst of all no customer service skills the lot…TopGolf Chigwell

These are definitely crazy times! My two buddies, my son and myself were totally stoked for an evening at TopGolf in Glendale, AZ tonight. We reserved a bay for 90 minutes and we were 45 minutes in, having a good time when the manager came to our bay and started getting uptight about something.

I would like to say that my time at top golf in Huntsville, Al was very nice. The staff greeted us when we came in and explained to some of us how payment, games, and other parts of the top golf experience work. The staff was over all helpful, kind, and attentive to any need that came about. The facility was clean and neat.
