An adapter can be had at several places, i like black forest industries so i went with them ($25) HERE. You could just buy a H8 plug and splice the wires but I'd recommend against it. The extra 8" of slack you get from the adapter is nice to have when removing and reconnecting the bumper.

Since the body shop will most likely only replace what was damaged i would start looking immediately for the things they will not be replacing. OEM prices are crazy for these pieces of plastic so buying used it a good route for some things.
