Tazz I've played both before. I bought a doz. PV1 refinished a couple of years ago and they played just fine. The finish was a little cheap I recall. Performance wise they seemed fine.

Recycled = scuffed up or logo balls that's washed and cleaned. Refinished = painted recycled balls. Both play reasonably well, unless they were water balls for a long period of time. I prefer recycled over refinished balls any day, because refinished balls can peel sometimes. IMHO [emoji106]
