It's a job that I found advance and pay to be fair
Worked hard and got far. Get what you put in to it. I was a Foreman , Irrigation tech and the only mechanic . So I got what I needed and the company got there share of savings by having me in multiple positions that are normally open to individual persons. I was able to mentally handle it ,not every one is like me.
Overall job is not stressful unless you lack the ability to stay on task
Overall the job is really interesting and you learn everything every day and you’re always busy no matter the day. Although, it’s a 5am job it’s worth it.

pretty good job pays every week ,pretty layed back ,weekends manditory at least 1 day but not enough pay for what im capable to do. but overall its a decent job that pay's every week .
