Favorite club of the set had to be the 3 iron, 220 yards and could draw it or fade it. I purchased my Ping Zings new in 1991, it took a few rounds to get used to the weight of the head as well as the alignment of the top of the club head but after becoming familiar with them I have never looked back nor have I ever considered replacing them.

I believe the LW in both the Zing and Zing 2 sets was 61*. The S3 was 57*.

The one I have checked out at 59* on my machine. Manufacturing tolerances vary and some one may have set it different in the past. Like Kentendo says the best way is to have it checked on a machine

I've played both the Zings and Zing 2 L/S a fair amount. Most will find it strange but I like these clubs (along with the original Eye 2 SW or XG/Gorge remakes) due to the offset. For whatever reason, I tend to get more consistent contact on partial shots vs. say the Eye 2 LWs (original, +, XG).
