Fast-paced fun working environment, with management issues
I love the people I work with and I absolutely love working hard on a busy night to make money, but the management has gone downhill. Sometimes it feels like our superiors are not looking out for our best interest. The hours are also very long at TopGolf. You are on your feet all day long without any breaks as a BayHost.

Fast Paced and Upbeat Workplace
Definitely fun to work on the weekends. Lots of guests come through the doors and the tables turnover fairly quickly. Workplace culture is like any other you'd find in the service industry.
Terrible Management
The workplace environment itself was great, as well as the concept of the business. However, management at my location is terrible. Some of the managers are unhelpful, rude, condescending, and let their personal feelings about workers affect their job.
Does Topgolf require masks?
With this in mind, Topgolf no longer requires Guests or fully vaccinated Topgolf Associates to wear a mask in our venues, except where required by state or local laws or regulations. An outdoor and spacious experience for all Guests with 11 feet from tee to tee.
