I think it will be the on course ball direction which will take a little adjustment. My guess you have compensated for improperly fit lies. Ball goes right might be the theme until you become comfortable with the change. Turf interaction and ball striking should improve dramatically. BB

I believe bending the lie flatter may increase the offset of the club head. I seem to notice it on my wedges (gap wedge in particular) that were bent flat a 2-3 degrees. Although I don't see it on my irons that are bent just 1*, so YMMV.

Loft and lie should be independent. Sometimes the angles change with use, particularly on forged clubs because the metal is soft. Sounds like you should have your set checked and adjusted as needed.#N#Good luck

I too find it baffling that in this day and age of custom fitting that mfg's still use misguided wrist to floor charts. I'm 6'4" tall, my finger tip to finger tip is 6' 5" and my wrist to floor is 38 1/4". So It's not like I have T-Rex arms, my wingspan is more than my height.
