Cobra's famous for making some of golf's most forgiving and best feeling irons. In fact, that feeling and forgiveness can only be described as Cobra-esque. Building on everything players love about Cobra irons, FP irons combine Cobra's famous forgiveness with a perfectly balanced mix of feel and playability. That means mis-hits won't miss.

I'm considering buying these irons. Have any low to mid handicappers tried these irons out? I like the price as well as the combo of forgiveness and playability. I feel like I am currently consistent enough to use a more player oriented iron, but I do tend to have severly off days where I spray shots with my irons.

I switched to the Cobra FP from my TaylorMade 2005 Rac TP's. So far I'm pleased with; how soft they are on off center hits and how solid they feel on center hits. I'm a club longer due to the lofts and overall forgiviness.

I had the opportunity to hit several different clubs yesterday including the Cobra FP, Titleist AP1 and AP2, Srixon I-701 and I-701 Tour. After spending about 3 hours hitting 6 iron after 6 iron, the club that worked best for me was the Srixon I-701.
