I had a 350Z and I was able to get my golf bag in there. Now, i will say this, since it's a hatchback, if you go with the Z, you'll hear the clanks of the clubs hitting eachother because its open back there. You'll have a blast in the car, thats a promise. I think you should consider the G35/G37 coupe.

My 350Z has been to many many rounds in the 5.5 years I've had it. Wroks great. It can squeeze two bags in there, but thats tight. One bag is not problem. I take my driver out and put it in the deeper part to make getting the bag in and out easier.

I've been down the sportscar road and frankly, for a golfer, it's not great. Cramming your bags and stuff is just a pain not to mention the potential for damage. Try this on for size: Mini-van. Don't laugh! If you put down the rear seats you have comfortable room for four and scads of room for all your golf equipment and luggage.
