I think when you get the grip and it is the perfect fit they will not through you off for a while. I switched to lamkin jumbo grips and everything was better that day. I do wish they didn't mute the feel of the club head, but they allow me to take a relaxed grip and swing my best, which is a must under pressure. Try a few and see.
