65g V2 stiff was a marvelous performer for me. However, although I didn't find it boardy, I did find it harsh. VS Proto is providing most of what the V2 did but is MUCH smoother.

V2 plays quite a bit softer with a softer lower midsection which is what gives it higher launch.
