I'm 6'4" and have struggled with this as well. In pants I wear a 36x34 to give you a comparison. There are two brands that I usually stick to...Puma and Oakley. Oakley are the longest that I have found. Also, certain types of Adidas fit a little longer as well. With the Pumas I actually buy 38" waist and get them taken in a touch.
