Did a quick search and didn't see a topic for this yet. I was at Golfsmith today and saw the Callaway X Hot N14 line. The driver looks interesting considering it is glued rather than adjustable, but the rest of the line looks the same as last year's X Hot line with a different finish and shafts.

I created a thread last week but I couldn't remember the "N14" designation. It never received much feedback other than this was Cally'a attempt at following Taylormade's chrome bottomed, bonded RBZ line. Prices were $30 less than current XHot pricing.
nuthin but a hacker
I would have preferred these over my X Hots. I haven't adjusted my driver one time since I bought it. And I like the silver metallic soles and faces a lot more than the painted versions I have. Looks like you can also get the hybrids. If I ever have to replace any of mine, it will be with these.

I see they also have N14 irons. Whats the difference in those with the original XHot?

I'm going to stop by Golfsmith on the way home tonight and give these a try. I have a G20 fairway that I like, but these glued X Hots look really good!

I just bought the N14 X hot irons at my local Golfsmith. They were $399 new while the original Xhots were $499 new. The Uniflex shafts in the N14s work just fine for me. The interesting thing I noticed about my N14s is that they don't have the bore-thru slots at the bottom like the original X Hots.

The Uniflex shafts in my N14 Xhots are True Temper and they work well for my moderate SS (kinda regular/firm), so I felt that I could save a little $$ with these. The interesting thing I noticed about my N14s is that they don't have the bore-thru slots at the bottom like the original X Hots. Aside from not being bore-thru on the bottom, my N14 Xhot iron heads look the same to me as the original..
