As to how to define a 'good' golfer, I think that's relative to how good you are. I usually consider a 'good' golfer to be someone under a 9 handicap or so, or who shoots under 80 a good percentage of the time (on regulation courses).#N#As for high, low and mid handicappers, I would probably define them as below.
