You work at Club Med for the experience, travel, benefit of all the facilities for free. Most of the general meetings are at midnight. You almost never sleep. 6 days of work per week, and you have to do the show even on your day off.

Great experience to meet new people and work in a multicultural enviroment

In general, I loved this company because of the people I met. They are my friends of the life. When you are alone working outside, especially in the village as a GO, people arounds you are like your own family. That's why I believe in so much that this place bring lots people with similar personality.

Minimum wage and over worked

This is not the best place to work ad you're required to do not only you work duties but other duties in many different departments as well leaving you no down time. The salary is less than minimum wage and the reason they give is they provide your housing and meals. That is still not a great excuse for poor payment.

If you are young and just looking for some work experience and to travel (even though you won’t get to see much of the country you are in ) try it out.

It was an amzing experience just too many hours

I loved working here. Everyone was nice and friendly and always helpful. It had gotten to be a lot of hours that was needed to fill the demand for bartenders. I only left because I didn't want to keep working 65 hours a week. It got to be too much for not enough pay.

Deceptive and misleading job postings

The only reason that I took the time to apply and interview with Club Med is because the specific Indeed job posting listed the compensation as 35-40K. I believe this was an intention fabrication in order to generate online interest and draw applicants to their "business".

You living quarters, you work from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep 6 days a week!!!! (Trust me it weighs on you!!!) Your pay equals out to a couple dollars a day
