Jim Thomas has been a freelance writer since 1978. He wrote a book about professional golfers and has written magazine articles about sports, politics, legal issues, travel and business for national and Northwest publications.

The Pro-Am Tour offers amateur golfers the opportunity to play competitive golf at world-class golf courses, enjoying the camaraderie and competition within a group of like-minded golfers. Teams comprise one professional and three amateur golfers however single golfers & couples are welcome, and we will be pleased to pair them into a suitable team.

Follow The PGA Tour
Our Scottsdale and Sawgrass events offer the opportunity to watch the PGA Tour’s WM Phoenix Open & The PLAYERS Championship, and then compete on the courses with the grandstands still in place. In May 2019 just two weeks before Pebble Beach Golf Links hosts The U.S. Open – the Pro-Am Tour secured tee times for another fantastic Pebble Beach event.

The company
Former customer and PGA Professional Craig Trower along with a group of golf enthusiast investors acquired the company in 2018 from John & Alison Hooper who looked after the Pro-Am Tour for 25 years. The vision of the company is to host World Class Pro-Am Golf Events, at the most revered destinations.
