My swing speed is slower than yours but I was fit into and play S flex shafts. Not sure SS is the only thing to consider. If you have a teacher you're using, get them to help with the decision. Don't just guess at it. If you have the ability to get a couple of demo irons, hit them outside and see which you prefer.
