I would at least try out the G30s before making the decision. IMO there was a notable difference in feel between my G20s and the new G30s. Now I'm scheduled to get fitted for a set of G30s next week and will be putting the G20s on eBay.

I had the G20 vs G25 debate this time last year and paid a bit more for the G25. Both will perform very similar but the G20s were just too big for me. The G25 is very similar to the G10 which I loved (and should never have got rid of!). Try both and see which you prefer. I tried the G30 and didn't see much difference between it and the G25s.

Mortons is a fine choice since they know the routine regarding ordering older clubs from Ping. Just about any seller with a Ping account can order individual irons too, whether they realize it or not. Ping's are price fixed so no worry about paying too much. Ebay or the BST forum (post in the wanted to buy forum) are also good choices.
