When was Hondo Golf Course built?
The Hondo Golf Course was constructed July of 1954 at the Hondo Air Base. During that time period, between 1941 & 1954, it was the largest navigation training base in the world. The course itself is a "flat-links" type layout with trees, 13 bunkers and no water hazards.
