(APPLETON, WIS.) June 18, 2020: U.S. Venture announces this year’s U.S. Venture Open charity event will take a different form in response to the coronavirus pandemic. This year marks the 35 th year of the event and while there will be major changes from previous years, the aim continues to be raising millions of dollars to end poverty in Northeast Wisconsin. Last year the outing raised $4.3 million and a gift of $925,000 from the David A. Thiede estate, totaling a record-breaking $5.2 million in the one-day charitable event.
