Can be overwhelming
Long hours and stressful conditions. The place deals with a lot of volume and things get hectic really quick. Pretty quick turn over rate and little employee discounts
Good People , bad management
The people you meet and benefits you receive while working are the only positives. The managers are not ones u want to work for as they are very biased and lack common sense.
Horrible
Absolutely horrible, I'll never work there ever again in my life. The management is god awful, no room for growth will always be denied raises regardless of performance and how long you have been there (I worked there for 1.5 years, never received any sort of pay increase, was stuck at $11.10 an hour)
Poor management, unorganized workplace
I worked for top golf at the Pittsburgh venue, within the past two years it went from being a great place to work to me being miserable everytime I walked on the premises. Management is horrid don’t ever expect to get any of the managers help for anything if you’re not one of the “favorites”.

Job was very physically straining and a lot of times people would call out and leave the work load for the people that actually came. Managers expect the most from you and expect you to run trays till you leave.
