Golf cart electrical issues
Long short short, golf cart rolled down a hill & went into the lake. Took it to get fixed up but still experiencing an issue where when it has to work hard (particularly going up steep hills). It sounds like it’s sparking then it will practically shut off. Need to turn it off & back on & you can drive again.
88 club car melting wires
Replaced the solenoid, voltage regulator, and all the other components that are right there next to each other. Also every relay and switch except the ignition. As soon as you push the pedal wires melt down very quickly. We have no idea what’s going on at this point. Any ideas will be helpful.

I bought an EZGO TXT, looks to be late 90s. I replaced all the batteries with standard 6 V precision golf cart batteries. However the previous owner has a 12 V standard car battery installed or rather precariously placed, and he has accessories (lights, radio, etc) connected to that.

Just inherited this cart from my dad. Told me it has all new batteries and that it just needed a Selenoid. I replaced the selenoid and added distilled water to all the batteries, Also charged it for a long time. But when i turn it on, I get nothing.
