You should dress to show respect for the interview and your interviewer - not for the job itself. More than anything else - BE ON TIME. As for what to wear - I'd suggest dress respectfully. To me that means slacks, belt, button down shirt, a tie, dark sox, and slip on dress-shoes. Comb your hair and look neat.

When i had my interview at a local PGA Tour Superstore i wore a white and grey striped Nike polo with grey slacks with white driving mocs and i was hired on the spot. But i agree with a previous post, be nice, polite, on time (EARLY) respectful, your attitude will most likely get you hired or overlooked.
