Clash Capsule contains better prizes, including a guaranteed Regular Ticket. On a related note, your Clash Tier doesn’t affect the crate contents. Challengers and Iron players enjoy the same rewards for the same placement. Smurfing concerns do not seem to be an issue here, as rewards are not transferable.

The main perk of playing on a team is that you get to avoid the mess of nonsensical play that exists in Solo Queue. Your team should all be in voice comms and able to play around objectives and various styles of play in an organized fashion. That being said, player skill and split-second decision making still play a role in the outcome of these strategies.
