I call suspect on the fact that Cally had prime placement in almost every category (2nd to Bettinardi in putters). Also shocked that Evnroll didn't make either of the putter categories. Glad they added a new "player's distance iron" category, but some companies' offerings just don't fit into the the 3 (i.e. Mizzy's JPX 900 Forged).

Do you guys still pay attention to GD's Hotlist? GolfWRX is a much better place to get views on new clubs than any other site. At least, you get a wider range of opinions than those pro reviewers from GD.

No Evnroll? And PXG irons with more demand than Cobra, Srixon and Wilson.

I cant believe people still pay for magazines when you can read all you want online. And the "hot" list has been the biggest joke for years now.

AmazinBlue

Not to pile on GDs efforts, but the pictures they use for the irons are about pointless. black/white photos with a gray background and being so small distinguishing the amount of offset can be difficult when making comparisons. The amount of ddetail and effort from the GD staff seems to have waned over the years.

KCCO

A golf magazine with a section each issue from a “tour player” who does so much bitching, and rarely speaks positive of what most would consider a dream job irritates me. Can’t wait until the mask comes off or his name is dropped...anyone have any ideas who it is?

The Mad Bomber

The Hot List is the biggest joke in the golf industry. It's more of a laughing point than a serious attempt to evaluate equipment.
