9-Hole Course
Of the three facilities, Rock Creek is the most challenging. Due to its extreme hills and narrow fairways on the back nine. While the front nine is mostly flat and open with short par 4s and long par 3s. Rock Creek also offers Family Tees to help even the odds for less experienced golfers.

How long does it take to play the back nine?
It's scenic, fairly well kept, and the folks are great. It's also never busy, so you can play a quick nine holes in about an hour and forty minutes. The back nine is super hilly so it's a great way to get your steps in (Fitbit users). Pretty open fairways and some long par threes.
Can I play 18 holes and still have the rest of my day?
You can play 18 and still have the rest of your day. This course is set up the way golf courses were originally set up. Not the perfect grass or the perfect lie Everytime your ball hits the ground. So I say to all the so called golfers looking for that beautiful well manicured course go pay $150 and up.

The course rating is 70.0 and it has a slope rating of 117 on Blue grass. Designed by Fred Sebastian, the Rock Creek golf course opened in 1976.
Scorecard
Nice course to learn the game on. Not recommended for experienced golfers. A really good slope percentage for the average to medium level golfer. Not difficult to shoot under par for the experienced golfer. Maintenance could be alot better. They do a decent job however. Value is 5 stars because it is dirt cheap to play there.
