I go by it a couple of times per week and check the golfnow ap to see if I can snag a deal. Only talking about midweek times in the afternoon. They only have 1 hotdeal time and it's at 2:30pm each day.

I've also seen good deals on days where bad weather was forecasted, but I don't know if they are really tracking the weather or if the bad weather keeps people from buying tee times (particulary prepaid teetimes). There may be some part of their algorithm that drops the prices based on how much unsold tee time inventory they have for a given day.
