There is a live online site maintained by the tournament that shows tee times for every player in every age class, and includes their overall place in the field and more. There is also a live online site that tracks every player's progress and results as they progress through the course.

What are the two types of starts in golf?
Two types of starts are used to begin competitive play: Shotgun Starts (rounds where multiple groups start simultaneously): At a scheduled time, scorecard (s) shall be distributed to the players at Tournament Central. After the cards have been distributed, groups shall be given adequate time to reach their assigned holes.

That means it will reimburse deductibles and co-pays and any expenses not covered by the participant’s, event’s, and/or property owner’s primary policy. Find out if you need to reserve the park.
Do you need proof of insurance for PDGA?
Find out if you'll need proof of insurance, or if the Host already has insurance in place. As a PDGA sanctioned event (US & Canada), you will be covered by the PDGA Tour insurance policy. However, some Event Hosts need a certificate of insurance with the name of the park, city, etc. listed as additionally insured.
