I can attest to this; I have toured the Bridgestone ball facility in Covington, GA. Also, TaylorMade has a ball plant almost across the street from my employer in Liberty, SC. I have no idea what models they produce there.

Believe Titleist Ball plant 3 is in Mass and they make the Pro v line there. Michael Breed talks about plant 3 a lot and that Titleist offers free plant tours if your signed up or a member of Team Titleist.

I am pretty sure that most if not all Titleist balls sold in USA are made in the USA. Callaway has some still made here in USA. Taylormade assembles some of their balls here. Finally, Bridgestone supposedly makes their premium balls, plus the e-line of balls down in @ole gray 's neck of the woods in Georgia.
